Birdie is 55 pounds of pure joy wrapped in a shiny black, wiggly package. She loves other dogs and every person she has met. She lives with four other dogs in her foster home. She is a top-notch kisser, sometimes adding her signature snort! Birdie also loves tennis balls and a good game of fetch. And let’s not forget chew toys.
Birdie is still young, so she still has a some adorable, spastic puppy energy, but she calms down easily. She is house trained and crate trained. She is a very quick learner, already walking well on a leash and mastering her food manners very quickly.
This gorgeous girl loves kids (did you see the photo)? Because of her playful puppiness, we are recommending her in a home with children over 5. She loves them, but we wouldn't want a little to get knocked down during innocent play.
We believe Birdie to be an American Bulldog Mix, but she has a strong Boxer look. Her estimated DOB is 6/5/17, and she weighs 56 pounds as of 6/2019.

Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. All of our rescue dogs are heart worm tested and kept on monthly heart worm and flea preventatives.
The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue.
We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
