SO SO SO CUTE!
We rescued sweet BUTTERNUT Woodland with her Mom, Mama Magnolia (shown in the photos) and her adorable siblings.
All puppies are currently being raised together under the watchful eye of their wonderful foster moms. Mama Magnolia has been teaching them how to be good doggin citizens, and their puppy socialization with litter mates will help them be well balanced when around other nice dogs.

Butternut is still a young pup and wants a home that understands the world of puppies. She will only be placed in a loving home that is dedicated to work on house training, leash manners, and will introduce her to a variety of safe activities and experiences so she can be comfortable in the world.
Mom Magnolia weighs about 40 pounds; however, we never had the pleasure of meeting Dad. Breed identification and adult weight/size is truly a guess, but Mom appears to be a American Staffordshire Mix. Butternut weighed 5 pounds on 11/1/19. If Butternut grows up to be like her mom, she will be a medium-sized adult. It is estimated that Butternut was born on August 29, 2019.

Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age-appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. All You Lucky Dog Rescue dogs are kept on monthly heart worm and flea preventatives starting at 12 weeks of age. They are tested for heart worms annually starting at the age of 9 months.
We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
