Willow, who likes to go by Will or Will.i.am (or William when his mamma is calling him), is a young hound mix who was born into the rescue and is looking for a family of his very own. All of his litter mates have been adopted, but he knows they always save the best for last.
Will is already full grown and a very nice medium size. He's very attentive to his people and loves to play and snuggle. Will currently lives in a home with several other dogs of various sizes and temperaments and does well with all of them. He can be a little shy at first when he meets new people, but warms up quickly...especially if there are treats involved.
Will has mastered "sit" and "down" already, and is working on other basic commands. He walks well on a leash, but can sometimes get sidetracked when he sees something new and interesting that he wants to go check out (this will get better with age). Will is also house trained and crate trained.
Will is as affectionate as he is handsome, and has a very unassuming demeanor. He is always up for anything, be it walks or snuggles...or socializing or napping. He is an easy going dog who would be a great addition to any family.
We believe Will to be a Hound/Lab mix. His estimated DOB is 08/26/2019, and he weighs 39 pounds as of 4/17/20.

PRIVATE MEET & GREETS: Submitting an adoption application is required before a private meet & greet will be scheduled. We will complete a pre-screening first to make sure that the dog you are interested in is a good fit for you. That way, we don't unnecessarily waste your time or the foster's time.
Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. All of our rescue dogs are heart worm tested annually beginning at 9 months of age, and they are kept on monthly heart worm and flea preventatives.
The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue.
We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
