So I came to the rescue with my name of Scrappy, which would indicate that I am just this tough scrappy little dog....however, my foster moms say that I should have been called Romeo because I am a lover, not a fighter. I will kiss anyone in sight and especially love kids.
I like to play in the backyard with the kids and I twirl around and dance on my hind legs to the delight of the kids. I am low to moderate energy, and I get along with other dogs, but also could be an only dog. I do like to chase cats if they run.
I am mostly crate trained and house trained but I can still have accidents from time to time. I am very playful, but when it is time to relax, I love to snuggle. I hope to find my forever home that will take good care of me and will love me for the rest of my life. Could that be you?
Scrappy is estimated to be 6 years old, thought to be a Pomeranian mix, approx 12 pounds. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations.

Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
