Meet Selina Kyle, YLDR's Batman themed mama dog named after the infamous Catwoman! Selina is the mother of 6 beautiful puppies all appropriately named after Batman villians (Bane, Deadshot, Talia Al Ghul, Poison Ivy, Harleen, and Quinzel). Selina is estimated to be around the age of 5 and the shelter guessed her breed as a Rottweiler/Golden Retriever mix however her foster parents think she may be more lab/rottie with a little german shepherd thrown in but no one knows for sure!
Selina is an easy dog to have around, she's down to run around and play with her dog friends or rest at your feet or side all day long while you relax. All Selina wants in life is someone to return the affection she has to give.
While she is a little shy at first in meeting people she becomes quite the lovey dovey, affection seeking dog once she realizes the newcomer means her no harm. Selina is house trained and mostly crate trained. To further describe her crate training she willing goes up for dinner and for bed. The only issue she has with the crate is occasionally she whines but she is getting so much better! While Selina has not been exposed to children we do suspect that she would do wonderful with them as she has a very gentle and loving personality.
Unfortunately Selina has a bit of a prey drive as a lot of dogs do so cats and small dogs might be a no go but she hasn't been exposed to any... just pet rabbits that she gets a little too excited about from the other side of the cage doors. Other than that Selina would fit in well in almost any household situation and will surely make someone a wonderful companion for the rest of her days!
Selina's estimated DOB is Nov 2013 and her breed is a guess...perhaps Lab/Rottweiler mix? She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on all her vaccinations.

Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
