We know you have lots of questions about this amazing dog and our meet & greet/adoption process. We are an all-volunteer organization, and we receive many inquiries on a daily basis. If you email a question that is already answered in this biography, you will most likely not get a response. FLINT has them and they are superbly cute1
Does he perhaps have some Shar Pei in his DNA? Perhaps. We don't know. He may grow into them.
OR....he could be very lucky and keep those wonderful wrinkles for all his days.
Flint is HOUSE-TRAINED and CRATE-TRAINED.
When Flint arrived from the shelter, he was suffering from skin issues. Many times, puppies in shelters have compromised immune systems which can cause hair loss. The great news is that Flint's hair is growing back in nicely, and he tested negative for mange. - All Good news!
FLINT is currently being cared for in a loving foster home where he has other nice dogs to play with and to teach him the social ropes of Dog Culture 101. He is learning how to be a good boy on leash, appreciate his crate, and all the other house manners that will help him to be a well behaved member of a great family.
FLINT has started attending adoption events and does great when meeting humans of all ages.
Flint is still a young pup and wants a home that understands the world of puppies. He will only be placed in a loving home that is dedicated to work on house training, leash manners, and will introduce him to a variety of safe activities and experiences so he can be comfortable in the world.
Flint's estimated DOB ios June 23, 2019 and he weighed 15 lbs at his last vet visit on 8/22/19. He is a puppy and is growing quickly as puppies do. We never met Mom or Dad, but estimate that he will be medium in size at adulthood.

Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age-appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog, but cannot be guaranteed. All You Lucky Dog Rescue dogs are kept on monthly heart worm and flea preventatives starting at 12 weeks of age. They are tested for heart worms annually starting at the age of 9 months.
We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
