Alfie is a handsome 2-year-old boy with a heart as big as his smile and a personality that's sure to brighten every day.
This sweet guy loves spending time with his people, exploring the neighborhood on walks, and proudly showing off his favorite toys. Chewing on antlers, watching birds, and chasing squirrels are just a few of his favorite pastimes. And if you have a fenced yard, get ready to enjoy his adorable zoomies!
Affection is Alfie's love language. He'll happily lean in for pets, roll over for belly rubs, and soak up every bit of love and attention you have to offer. After everything he's been through, he's looking forward to a life filled with cozy beds, regular grooming, plenty of cuddles, and never having to wonder where his next meal or hug is coming from.
Alfie currently weighs 57 pounds and is a little underweight, but he's already on his way to reaching a healthy weight with good food and loving care.

PRIVATE MEET & GREETS: Submitting an adoption application is required before a private meet & greet will be scheduled. We will complete a pre-screening first to make sure that the dog you are interested in is a good fit for you. That way, we don't unnecessarily waste your time or the foster's time.
Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. All of our rescue dogs are heart worm tested annually beginning at 9 months of age, and they are kept on monthly heart worm and flea preventatives.
The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue.
We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
