You Lucky Dog Rescue loves the Penman family. They are great supporters of dog rescue - always willing to lend a hand to a dog in need. We will not be surprised if their beautiful daughter grows up to be a veterinarian. They are now proud members of the Foster Failure Club. Most of you didn't get a chance to meet BAILEY. He never made it to an adoption event. As soon as the Penman's picked him up to foster, we knew (and they knew too) it was an immediate perfect match. Yes, just look at this adoption photo. Looks like BAILEY knows it is a perfect match too!
