Need a running buddy? Someone to go out hiking with? Rudy is your boy!
Rudy weighs in at approximately 40 lbs and is lean and agile. He’s a young dog, only around 1 year of age, and has that energetic young dog spark! This handsome lab mix is all about play time! He lives and breathes for it. A ball toss, a game of tug, whatever it is, he’s ready!
He’s completed training learning basic obedience like sit, down, place and out. He waits ever so patiently for his food and walks in a perfect heel on leash. He is also fully crate trained and potty trained!
While Rudy really does enjoy the company of other young, friendly, well mannered pups, he lacks confidence with them in the beginning. He needs an adopter who is patient and willing to do a slower, and more structured introduction to their dogs. He does best when he has plenty of time to get to know other dogs through pack walks, and human guided situations. After he gets to know them, he’s ready to play!
This sweet boy is looking for a human companion to continue his training, advocate for his safety and be his best friend!
Rudy is microchipped, neutered and up to date on vaccinations.
