REX
Rex is estimated to be 1-2 years old and is 59lbs.
Rex is a sweet young boy who loves playing and bouncing around outside, but he calms down nicely for pets and snuggles in the house. He has the sweetest face and a unique speckled coat. Rex responds quickly to training, knows a few commands and he is eager to learn more things. He has good manners, is house-trained and eats/sleeps in his crate. He loves playing with other dogs and "listens" to the older dogs in his foster home when they don't want to be bothered. He gets a little worried when his favorite person leaves the house, but he is easily re-directed with toys and positive feedback.
Rex would like a family who wants to include him in activities and spend time together. He would thrive with another dog companion. He may not be good with cats, as he likes to chase birds and squirrels in the yard.

PRIVATE MEET & GREETS: Submitting an adoption application is required before a private meet & greet will be scheduled. We will complete a pre-screening first to make sure that the dog you are interested in is a good fit for you. That way, we don't unnecessarily waste your time or the foster's time.
Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. All of our rescue dogs are heart worm tested annually beginning at 9 months of age, and they are kept on monthly heart worm and flea preventatives.
The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue.
We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
