Lucy Loo's Foster Mom says she learns quickly and plays nicely with the older dog in the home. Lucy is an athlete and LOVES to chase a ball, or play chase in the yard - both of which is needed to burn off a little energy.
Foster Parent Notes: "When I crouch and “play chase” with Lucy, she gleefully zips all over the yard and runs from me; yet the moment I stand erect, she instinctly knows the game is over and comes when called. I love that!
Lucy could walk into any home as an instant pet. She offers the enthusiasm of young dog, but with an 8-hour bladder. She would make a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle (I bet she could be a frisbee dog), yet she is a complete couch potato too! She’s really pretty close to perfect though not yet kid or cat-tested, both of which I plan to do."

Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. All of our rescue dogs are heart worm tested and kept on monthly heart worm and flea preventatives.
The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue.
We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
