Where are our HOUND LOVERS?
Rupert is one Heck of a Hound Dog. He may be a purebred Plott Hound or a Mix with Greyhound. Regardless, we would gladly give you papers that attest to his loving hound personality and demeanor.
He is currently in a foster home with other dogs, a toddler, and a baby. Rupert checks the boxes on doing well with all the above. At his very first adoption event, he was a perfect gentleman; meeting humans and other dogs with stellar diplomacy.

This is one lovely dog that deserves a home that will make him a true member of the family, He longs for family. A family that will cherish him for all his days and treat him like the Hound King.
We believe RUPERT to be a Plott Hound/Greyhound Mix. His estimated DOB is 8/05/18, and he weighed 47 pounds as of 8/5/19. When rescued, he was on the skinny side, but has been gaining weight nicely under the care of his foster family.

Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. All of our rescue dogs are heart worm tested and kept on monthly heart worm and flea preventatives.
The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue.
We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
