PERDITA
Don’t let her age fool you—Perdita is a 7-year-old, 5-pound Shih Tzu mix who still thinks she’s a puppy! This tiny girl is full of personality and is truly the life of the party.
Perdita loves everyone and is wonderful with kids, dogs, and cats. She is spunky, sweet, playful, and always ready to join in the fun. Her favorite activities include playing with her toys, chewing on a good bone, and then curling up in her bed for a well-deserved nap.
She is also crate trained and is doing very well with her potty training. She occasionally still uses a pee pad, but she is making great progress.
Perdita is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and ready to find a family who will love her as much as she loves everyone she meets.
If you're looking for a tiny companion with a big personality and a puppy-like spirit, Perdita may be your girl!

PRIVATE MEET & GREETS: Submitting an adoption application is required before a private meet & greet will be scheduled. We will complete a pre-screening first to make sure that the dog you are interested in is a good fit for you. That way, we don't unnecessarily waste your time or the foster's time.
Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. All of our rescue dogs are heart worm tested annually beginning at 9 months of age, and they are kept on monthly heart worm and flea preventatives.
The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue.
We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
